Was charged for the work done by mistake. Was refunded but only after my husband questioned it.

You replaced the pressure guage on the fuel tank at a cost of some £500, which appears completely unecessary (your staff were unable to explain why it was done), and though I have an MoT I have an engine light on permanently - and no help fixing it.

We put Car up a day early so it would be first on the list but it took till late afternoon to be told car need a wheel bearing . By this time my girlfriend took train to Inverness to be told she would not get it till Monday so had to take train home

Trying to get more work when none was needed and the cost for repair was over priced

Check in was easy and friendly. Car was ready earlier than anticipated. Free brush and scraper in car was a nice touch.
