Service was v. good on the whole. The only thing that *really* annoys me is Arnold Clark insists i 'sign in online' before the service it is not good service. I have booked the service just do it.

I was allowed to leave the Inverness branch with warning faults flashing up on the dash board, nothing explained or identified, I have not received any details regarding what they did on the last visit or videos, paper work, nothing.

Whole process made it easy for me to buy and pick up my car. The staff at click and cllect were also super helpful in showing me around the car and the features.
